Tracker Setup Tip
After pairing your tracker, please follow the steps below to complete the initial battery status synchronization.
- Wait a few seconds after pairing
Check the battery status. In many cases, the battery indicator will automatically update to full within a few seconds.
- If the battery indicator has not updated to full, tap “Play Sound”
Let the sound play all the way to the end. Do not stop it early.
- Check the battery status after each full sound cycle
If the battery indicator is still not showing full, repeat Play Sound, allowing each sound cycle to finish completely. Repeat up to 3 full Sound Checks in total.
If the battery indicator still does not show full after the third full Sound Check, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Important
Each Play Sound cycle must finish completely.
Do not tap Stop Sound during playback.
Keep the original battery installed throughout this setup process.
